QA Associates Level 2 Award in Customer Service qualification is designed to improve employee’s skills, knowledge and understanding. The course is suitable for anyone who deals with customers either face to face, or over the telephone, on a daily basis as part of their job.
This one-day course on Thursday 17th September covers:
- The principles of customer service
- How to meet customer expectations
- The importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques
- Correct ways to deal with angry customers and customer complaints.
Candidates will receive a FREE Learner Handbook. All successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Accreditation from the Awarding Organisation.
