The Level 2 Infection Control course meets the Care Certificate Standards that come into effect this April. The course is suitable for all Medical Staff, Care Staff, Social Workers, Home Carers, Care Workers, Nursery Staff and Child Minders.

By completing this Level 2 Infection Control course you will learn:

• How to spot the signs and symptoms of infections

• How to prevent infections from spreading to yourself and others

• How to safeguard those in your care

• Roles and Responsibilities within your work place

• Correct procedures for washing your hands

• Correct procedures for maintaining a high level of domestic hygiene
