QA have been commissioned by Job Centre Plus to design a new course for people needing help to use the Internet and
e-mail when applying for a job on the new Job Centre Plus ‘Universal Jobmatch’ site.
The course, of at least three days duration, covers how to complete job applications and CVs, improve interview skills and will lead to unit qualifications in Skilled for Life from Edexcel.
