24 Mar Feedback from Bright Sparks Nursery on the free funded training that we delivered to them
Rob and Emma at QA Associates, organised training for all of my staff and Nigel (trainer) delivered up to date skills in Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Fire Safety.
Since funding for these courses was removed some time ago I have been looking for a cost effective means of ensuring that all staff have these skills and training. So I was really pleased when QA Associates contacted me to say that I may be eligible for free funded training through the European Social Fund.
QA Associates made the paperwork aspect easy to complete, and delivered training in a timely and effective manner.
I highly recommend that any nursery owner/managers who need to update staff training embrace this offer.
