30 Mar Free Funded Training available to nurseries in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
QA Associates can offer FREE FUNDED TRAINING through the European Social Fund, to all nurseries in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
We offer several different qualifications including;
- Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Level 2 Safeguarding and Welfare of Children and Young People
- Level 2 Fire Safety
- Level 2 Equality and Inclusion in Children’s and Young People’s Settings
- Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace
Some of these qualifications can be delivered as e-learning online courses or classroom based courses.
You must meet the following criteria for your nursery to be eligible for the funding.
European Social Fund eligibility criteria:
Not in receipt of previous ESF grant.
Female participant 19 or over.
Male if over 50, or no level 2 qualification.
No more than 250 employees.
Premises within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
If your Company and staff meet the criteria, these courses will be totally free from any charge to the Nursery. We look for a minimum of 8 staff per course, but we may be able to match you with another nursery if you have less staff.
We offer specific courses that are either 5 credits, with three to four days of training, or 13 credits,with up to ten days of training, depending on the requirements of your staff.
These courses are delivered by our fully qualified trainers and assessors over a period of time to suit your resources, and can either be delivered on weekdays, weekends, at your own premises, in conjunction with other nurseries, or at our training centre in Ripley.
