BTEC Complaints Handling and Investigations

As an approved BTEC centre, QA provide support services to Specialist Training Providers which includes assessment, quality assurance, registration and certification of learner work.

Did you know that delegates who undertake the three days of complaints handling training programme with BOND SOLON and successfully complete the post-course assessments will be eligible for the BTEC Level 5 Professional Award in Complaints Handling and Investigations.

The qualification is made up of the following one-day courses:

  • Process, Procedure and Information Gathering 
  • Questioning and Communication Techniques 
  • Responding to Complaints – Letter and Report Writing
