We are very pleased to report that Pearson Edexcel have completed their annual external verification and audit of our qualification, ‘BTEC Level 6 Professional Award in Regulatory Skills in the Health and Social Care Sector’.
The audit process by Pearson examines both the work submitted by candidates and the assessment process of QA Associates. This is to ensure that candidate work has been assessed correctly to meet the Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria of the Qualification.
As a result of the audit, QA Associates have been granted direct claim status for certification and we look forward to another successful year delivering the qualification in partnership with Bond Solon and the Care Quality Commission.
55 Inspectors have now been awarded the BTEC qualification to date with a further 60 inspectors currently on their training programme with Bond Solon. The programme is expected to continue throughout 2021 and into 2022.
