Yes, a random sample of 10% of the student papers are marked by our existing UK based team of markers. We then compare and analyse the AI and Human results, which may lead to further investigation, moderation or amends if necessary. Our testing has shown a higher accuracy and consistency to the mark scheme, than using human marking.
You will receive deep diagnostic data reporting, including full cohort gap analysis, question-level breakdowns, and individual student performance metrics aligned directly to specific qualification specifications. We conduct the marking and moderation on a unique portal that is created for your school and project. All the data, reports and marking is on the portal and we will need to ensure you have access and give you a brief tour to help you maximise the features available.
All analytical reports and fully marked digital student scripts are securely accessible through your dedicated ExamGPT School portal dashboard. From here, department heads can view aggregate data or download individual PDFs at any time.
Our service level target is a maximum of 7 days. Often the results will be ready within 72 hours from receipt of the papers.
Our system automatically flags any low-resolution or illegible uploads for manual review, and we will immediately notify your school coordinator to request a quick digital rescan of the affected scripts. Alternatively, schools can opt to utilise our chargeable off-site scanning service, where our team handles the physical processing end-to-end.

Digital uploads are submitted directly via your secure online school portal. If you are utilising our full physical scanning service, papers should be sent via our trackable courier service to the secure QA Associates processing facility detailed on your booking confirmation.

Yes. The Minimum order size for this service is 20 papers. To ensure accuracy we increase the human quality cross check sample % for lower volume orders. This is why the price vary.
The minimum notice required is 7 days from your results deadline. This is subject to acceptance of our quote and receipt of Mark schemes and student registers.
We recommend that you wait until the results are available to you, in case we need to get a student paper rescanned.
